A contemporary development of 40 affordable homes, Bingham Avenue is located in the popular district of Duddingston in Edinburgh and was delivered by CCG (Scotland) on behalf of the City of Edinburgh Council.

The roof area of around 1,000 m² was covered with robust PREFALZ in the colour P.10 dark grey. The dark aluminium creates an elegant contrast to the light brick façade.
